After reaching 235 lbs and being prescribed cholesterol medication, I realized it was time to debug the system that mattered most: my body.

Through consistent daily movement and a proven gut-health system, I lost 40 lbs, stabilized my blood pressure, and rediscovered energy I’d been coding away.

Today I blend tech, AI, and wellness to help others automate their businesses, improve their health, and live with purpose.
